Baby Niece #5...and Holy Cow I am 9 months pregnant...

This picture was at a Baby shower with
2 of Casey's Cousin's wifes...
We are each 8 weeks apart.
I think I must have been about 5 months pregnant...

What a difference a few months make!!
Wowza!!!!
This baby boy is getting BIG!
I have been such a slacker at sooo many things lately,
but one thing I can not put off any longer is the honoring of my new baby niece coming into the world....

~ CAMRY GRACE ~
Man, she is CUTE. She weighed 9 lbs 6 ounces.
And she was 2 weeks EARLY! Sheesh!
My Sister is a trooper!
Anyway, she is so adorable and I love love her already!
{She was born almost two weeks ago...again, slacker.}

And here are the two new cousins meeting for the first time.
They must have just been so excited they passed out. :)
I have to think that they are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their
boy cousin.
{It's a first for them!}

Today as I was making dinner, the thought came to me that our little baby boy must be just as excited to come to Earth as we are! And in Heaven time, he is going to be here in like... 5 minutes. That is SO soon. The realization of how our lives are about to change is setting in.
We feel so blessed and excited and anxious!
His clothes and blankets are washed, folded and waiting.
His room is finally all together.
Now all we need is, him.

Gosh, we love him so much already.

Jaidyn Sariah Harris

Beautiful Baby Jaidyn was born to my brother,
Bryan and his cute wife Jessica,
on Monday August 31st.
She weighed 7lbs 130z. and was 19 inches long.
She is adorable and looks a lot like her Daddy.
Although she for sure has her mommies luscious lips!!
~~~
We love you Jaidyn!! Welcome to the World!
{P.S. ....it would have been my Grandmas Fullmer's 95th Birthday that day.
I am pretty sure Grandma's up there chillin with all the new grandbabies coming and teaching them a thing or two about taffy-pulling and surviving many sicknesses and being born on the day the Titanic sunk.
And making dolls out of Hollyhock flowers.}
I love you Grandma. And I miss you. Happy Birthday...
Some thoughts on my life as a 8 1\2 month Pregnant Lady
Well, Summer is coming to an end.
This makes me happy and sad.
I am sad that Summer is almost over and we haven't even gone camping ONCE. My goal this Summer was to go camping as much as possible. I'll admit it. I have just been kind of lame and doing things that require energy just haven't sounded good to me.
However, I am so excited that October is fast approaching.
I am just beyond excited to meet our sweet little boy.
I am so excited to have a new little one in my life.
I am so excited to see Casey as a Daddy.
I am also excited to get my body back.
And things like rolling over in bed won't be hard anymore.
I am excited to wear my wedding ring again.
And all my cute flats just in time for fall.
But being pregnant is so rewarding and such a miracle.
I can't help but be so EXTREMELY grateful for this blessing.
I never want to complain because I know how badly I wanted this. And so many friends and family who are trying to get pregnant. I have been there. And when people would complain, I would want to punch them in the face. And cry. Because I would have traded them in a heartbeat.
I have been avoiding getting my picture taken.
This makes me sad.
I should just embrace and love the "rounder" version of me. Because it's the greatest blessing Casey and I have ever received as a married couple. There is nothing we have ever wanted more. And it's finally almost here.
And we can't WAIT to meet you, Little Man!
The Brother #1 is HOME!
Last Monday, Mike got home from his 2-year mission
to the Colorado Springs Mission.
Here is the garage, all ready to welcome him home...
Here are my parents. My Dad is doing an "action" shot.
They weren't excited at ALL!
Neither was this guy.
Man, I love him.
There is nothing like the return of a family member
who has been gone for a LONG time.
Everyone was glowing and crying.
We sure did miss him and are so glad he his home!
Here they are!
The whole fam-damily.
(Minus James who gets home in a short year)
And one last pic of us dining at Texas Roadhouse.
I have a sweet and blessed life.
Kickin' it with Cankles
Cankles are so awesome.
Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
And here we are at the Bee's Game.
Only the 2nd one we have been to all Summer.
I am sorry, Babe.
This isn't the funnest Summer we have ever had.
I am still trying to get used to the sight of a pregnant Lisa.
I am retaining lots of water.
My nurse said to me...
"Don't worry.
You are just one of those gals that
will look back at your pregnancy pictures
and think to yourself-
man I can't believe I ever looked like that."
Oh! Thanks Doc. Yes. That does make me feel much better.
Guitars, Tiki Bars and a whole Lotta Love...
I have slowly converted Casey to the joy of country music.
Bwah ha ha...
It's been my evil plan all along.
We are starting one artist at a time.
A few months ago, he really started bonding with Mr. Chesney.
Everywhere he went, Mr. C came.
He especially loves him,
because he mentions Boston and the "Red Sox" in a few songs.
Casey wished they were best friends. I know he does.
Anyway, a few weeks ago,
we scored some sweet and cheap tickets to his show.
We went with my parents and Sister and Bro-In-Law. (Jen & Chad)
Besides sitting out in the BLAZING heat and
with throbbing swollen feet...
It was SO MUCH FUN!
{Oh, and take note in the top picture,
Kenny whipped out a U of U hat for one of his songs.
That totally sealed the deal for Casey.
Done.
Love.
Mission Accomplished.}
Into The Wild...
Last weekend we had a lovely one-night getaway to
the beautiful Jensen Family Cabin.
Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE to camp.
{Even though we were in a mansion-like cabin}
There is nothing I love more than:
  • running around in the dirt for a few days...
  • Not doing my hair or make-up...
  • Staying up til 2 in the morning playing games with great friends...
  • Yummy Food....
  • Four Wheeling ...
  • Seeing wild animals...
  • No T.V. Computers or Cell Phones...
  • Watching my husband become an obsessed mountain man with a B.B. Gun...
  • and spending time with my B.F.F.
It was a perfect weekend.
My only regret is not staying longer.
Thanks Erin & Jared.
We LOOOOVE you.
Us and The Soy-Man...
(I kinda like him)
Melts. My. Heart.
By now, you should know these two lovelies...
(E&J Morgan, just in-case you don't)
Ryan & Lindsay~ The Newest-Newlyweds.
Mark & Morgan
Just a side-shot of the gorgeous cabin.
This picture doesn't quite do it justice.
We love going there and look forward to many more
weekend getaways.
~~~
Maybe this winter??

Finally! An Update!! Two Months worth!

About two weeks ago, we returned home from an AMAZING trip to Maui with our DEAR friends Erin and Jared and Baby Sawyer... It was a trip that we will remember forever! It was worth every penny!
Casey was so sweet... he would dig me a chair in the sand and then when I wanted to turn over, a little dip in the sand for my Belly! I was having a hard time trying to get comfortable with my growing belly.

The weather was PERFECT the whole entire time we were there!
It was so great.
It only slightly trickled the first day.
Sawyer was SOOOO good. I feel like we are being spoiled by hanging out with him because he is so insanely good. He slept great and was rarely fussy. He was such a trooper too getting sand all over the place and everything. This big smile of his is just about constant!
We love him so much!

We hiked to "The Blowhole." It's a natural hole in the lava where the water shoots straight up out of the rock and sprays ya. It was really fun. And really hot.

Casey lost his favorite white shades to the waters of Maui. It was a tragic day. He has had those sunglasses for 7 years. At least they we know they are lost in Heaven on Earth.
We went to the yummiest breakfast place that Jared's parents recommended... The Gazebo. It was right on the beach and soooo delicious. Casey got Banana Macadamia Nut Pancakes. Wow. Only in Maui. And they have the yummiest Coconut syrup. It was DELICIOUS!

We went on this great hike through rainforest that led to one of the best snorkeling spots! The hike was fun and the snorkeling even better! Lots of Fish and turtles.

It was an amazing trip needless to say. I want to go back at least every couple of years for the rest of my life! It was so fun to be there with Casey. It made us with our little man was there with us! But at the same time we are glad we went when we did... Babies require lots of stuff.
So there you have it. Our Summer update so far. I will be better at this.
I promise!!

Memorial Day

We were able to go down to Provo with my family to remember a lot of
our family who have passed before us.

My sweet Grandma Fullmer (My Dad's Mom) Has been gone for a little over a year now. This was the first time I have been able to go down to her grave. It was so nice to take a minute and remember her and the Legacy that she has left behind. I want to be sure to tell my own kids all about their Grandma Fullmer. She was a remarkable woman who truly lived through it all.
We sure love you Grandma!
