Our Tropical Vay-Cay Part 1

We had soooo much fan the last ten days traveling together to the

 Western Caribbean Islands!

 It was a MUCH needed and wanted vacation.

It was so amazing! The stingrays were EVERYWHERE and HUGE! 

The largest one was six FEET wide. 

Yes. The water is REALLY this color in person too.

Is this normal??

So for those of you who don't know, we are going through the wonderful world and journey of infertility. I don't like that word though. I don't think I am infertile, I just don't think I am really crazy fertile.

 I just think that all things happen for a reason and at the right time.

 And so for us, it just doesn't seem to be the right time. 

Which is okay. It's just hard waiting.

 I sure am learning the skill of patience.  

Anyway, I just thought I would share for two reasons: 

             1) People are always asking us when we are going to have kids and quite frankly it is starting to bug me. :)

    And 2) I am guessing there might be one or two of you faithful readers who are going through this too. 

So if you are, we could be buddies. 

There isn't much I feel uncomfortable talking about. 

I am a pretty open book. 

*And for the 18 of you who are my pregnant friends and family, 

I COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED FOR YOU!

I really do mean that. 

By the end of September there will be 18 babies in my life. 

{19 because Sarah is having TWINS}

That makes me a Happy Camper.

I'm LEAVIN on a Jet Plane...

Ahhhh...... pure bliss is where we are headed. We leave Saturday to fly to Tampa, Florida, and then set sail on a Carribbean Cruise. We have been planning this thing for a whole year now and I just could not be any more excited! I can't believe it's finally here! I just had to tell someone how excited I am! I will think of you all as I am laying out in the sun and sippin on Pina Coladas!

GUY LOVE

I just could not resist this fabulous moment shared between Casey and Jared. :) It made me laugh.
~Jared had been complaining about his back hurting all week long. First, he borrowed our back massager, and when that didn't work, I took matters into my own hands....
By peer pressuring Casey to just rub Jared's back for him.
{You see, I know he is good at this because of personal experience.}
It seemed to do the trick.
Casey has a cousin who he also shares this "Man-Bond" with.

UTAH PRIDE

Friday Night we gathered with some friends to watch the coveted
SUGAR BOWL.
Utah vs. Alabama.


Aw... Casey and Jared wore twinner hats. 

So cute.
They were two HAPPY boys to see their beloved Utes take the VICTORY!
The very next night we went to dinner at our FAVORITE place in town.

Morgan Family Marathon

The whole month of Christmas is Basically considered "Morgan Marathon Month." But really it's the about the 24th-the 30th. This year consisted of:

• Christmas Eve w\The Morgans
• Christmas Night w\The Morgans
• Friday the 26th- "Marley and Me" w\The Morgans
• Saturday "7 Pounds" w\The Morgans
• Sunday-Tuesday Brighton Cabin w\The Morgans.

Wow. Now you all know that no one should ever complain to us about needing to spend more time with the MORGANS! Luckily, we love them. And are thankful to live so close that we got to see our families all the time! Here are some cabin pics~

SOME CHRISTMAS HIGHLIGHTS...

A time-line of the 24th-25th of DECEMBER:

• Christmas Eve morning we went to Breakfast with the J&E Morgans. This is our new Christmas Tradition. We had so much fun with them. Love love them. And are thankful to have them as friends.
• Talked to the Little Bro's on Missions. Both are doing lovely and continue to make us proud.
  
• Christmas Eve w\ Morgan Family. Love the cousins. Crazy White Elephants- including a "Yodeling Pickle."
• Christmas Morning with my family. FUN having the JARVIS family sleep over. The little girls add MUCH excitement to Christmas Morning.
  
• Mother's Delicious Christmas Morning Breakfast. YUM!
• Lots of lovely gifts. We are very blessed.
• The Harris\Jarvis Family\Uncle Roo up and left on Christmas Day to go to DISNEYLAND! We were sure sad to see them go, but they had so much fun. Is there a more exciting thing than going to The Most Magical Place on Earth on CHRISTMAS DAY?? I think not.
  
• Lunch w\the Bennett Family. Visited with Grandpa Vern. We sure love him.
• Movie Night @ Steve & Sandys. Treats and cousins galore.
• Crazy Blizzard Snowfall. Accomponied by lots of Snug Sesh's by the fire.
  

I got a new camera for Christmas! {I LOVE IT!} Sadly, I didn't take many pictures on Christmas Day because it had to charge for a while. So, here are a few of what I got...

I was looking back at the pictures in this blog of mine, and in just about every post I am wearing the same, fabulous accessory.

I am contemplating never taking it off.

If I see ONE more pregnant 13 year old, or ONE MORE teen mother walking around in the Mall...
